First, all kinds of enterprises in the province will resume work no earlier than 24:00 on February 9th, which are necessary for epidemic prevention and control (pharmaceuticals, protective equipment, and medical equipment production, transportation, sales, etc.), and necessary for ensuring urban and provincial operations (water supply, power supply, etc.) , Oil and gas, telecommunications, provincial government, public transportation within the province, etc.), people's necessities (extra-provincial, food production and supply, logistics distribution, property and other industries) and other related enterprises involving important national economy and people’s livelihood are excluded. The employer must protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees in accordance with the law. Depending on the development and changes of the epidemic, the earliest resumption time will be notified if there is any adjustment.

 

Second, for employees of enterprises that need to return to work before 24:00 on February 9, 2020, all enterprises should strictly follow relevant regulations to strengthen body temperature detection and health protection, and report relevant information in a timely manner to ensure that the protection work is covered by all employees and no one is leaked. Under the premise of ensuring safe production, all enterprises should flexibly arrange production. For those who have the conditions, they can arrange employees to go to work at home through flexible methods such as telephone and Internet to complete the corresponding work; if the conditions are not available, the arrangement of the employees should be done at the wrong time, Flexible methods for calculating working hours, such as flexibility, must not cause personnel to gather or concentrate.
